Description
Princess Mononoke Ashitaka and Yakul Limited Edition Cel #VII-18/20 (Studio Ghibli, 1999). Ashitaka prepares to shoot in this beautiful limited edition cel from the movie Princess Mononoke, seen at approximately the 13:23 mark of the film. The last prince of the Emishi tribe, riding his faithful red elk Yakul. These hand-painted cels were produced for fans and only sold at the Ghibli Museum. They all have a serial number and according to the serial number and the location of the Ghibli stamp, you can determine which series it is, the first series were more detailed and much more limited. This one is from one of the first series, numbered VIII-18/20. It is numbered in the lower left corner and has a Studio Ghibli stamp in the lower right corner of the mat. The cel is hand painted, with an image area of 12.5" x 7" on a printed background. Original frame with plexiglass. The frame is sold as is. Ashitaka se prépare à tirer dans ce superbe cellulo en édition limitée du film Princesse Mononoke, vu aux environs de la marque 13:23 du film. Le dernier prince de la tribu Emishi, chevauchant son fidèle élan rouge Yakul. Ces cellulos, peints à la main, ont été produits pour les fans et uniquement vendus au musée Ghibli. Ils ont tous un numéro de série et selon ce dernier et l'emplacement du tampon Ghibli, vous pouvez déterminer de quelle série il s'agit. Les premières séries étaient plus détaillées et beaucoup plus limitées. Ce dernier est issu de l'une des premières séries, numéroté VIII-18/20. Il est numéroté dans le coin inférieur gauche et comporte un tampon du Studio Ghibli dans le coin inférieur droit du passe-partout. Le cellulo est peint à la main, avec une superficie d'image de 32 x 17 cm sur un fond imprimé. Cadre d'origine avec vitre en plexiglas. Le cadre est vendu tel quel. En Excellente condition.
