Description
King Comics #32 Mile High pedigree (David McKay Publications, 1938) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. Popeye dons uncharacteristic garb to go turkey hunting, joined by fellow King Features Syndicate star Henry (as well as Wimpy, who sports an ammo belt that would make a Sandinista blush!). A white cover (front and back) that's actually white is a real treat when you're talking about a Golden Age book -- even for the Edgar Church collection that's impressive. This is the only copy of this issue that CGC has certified to date. Overstreet 2004 VF/NM 9.0 value = $310; NM- 9.2 value = $400.View the certification for CGC Certification ID 0079277017, including grader's notes if available and a link to the latest full census report for the issue.*
