Fabulous Funnies King Guzzle (Alley Oop) Production Cel (Filmation, 1978). Here's King Guzzle, the ruler of the ancient kingdom of Moo in an original hand-painted 12 field production cel. It comes from an Alley Oop episode of this animated anthology series featuring characters from comic strips. The Alley Oop strip has had an exceptionally long run in newspaper, beginning in December 1932 and continuing to this day. King Guz's running figure has an overall size of approximately 3.25" x 4", placed on a print background for presentation purposes. Matted with an opening of 10.5" x 8", with a mat size of 18" x 14". In Very Good to Fine condition, with light handling wear.Auction Info
