Bernie Wrightson Batman The Cult #4 Story Page 30 Preliminary Original Art (DC, 1988). As Robin covers the streets from the turret and Batman pilots a monster-truck Batmobile into a ghostly Gotham Square, Deacon Blackfire's militia springs its trap. This preliminary page from Starlin and Wrightson's final issue comes from the miniseries in which Batman ultimately discovers his crusade was never about avenging his parents, but about mastering fear itself. Rendered in graphite on art paper with an image area of 12" x 17.75". Light toning, with some discoloration on the edges, minor edge tear, and light handling wear. In Very Good condition.
