Bob Lubbers (as Bob Lewis) Secret Agent X-9 Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 10 (King Features Syndicate, 1960-1966) Lubbers, already a veteran of the comic-book scene and a key assistant to Li'l Abner's Al Capp, steps out on his own with this historic espionage feature. The dates are 5-21-60, 6-16-61, 12-22-62, 3-8-63, 3-28-63, 5-17-63, 4-17-64, 5-9-64, 11-4-65, and 2-16-66. Ink over graphite on Duotone chemical shading board with image areas averaging of 16.25" x 4.75". The selections are slightly toned, have production marks in blue pencil, white-out corrections, light smudging, stripped-in text corrections, glue stains, and mild edge wear. Overall, in Very Good to Excellent condition. From the Estate of Bob Lubbers.
