Description
Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic and Tails Production Cel and Animation Drawing Group of 8 (DIC, c. 1993-96). Sonic's sidekick Miles Prower, better known by his nickname Tails, is featured here in an excellent set of four hand-painted original production cel from the classic animated series Sonic the Hedgehog. In addition, this lot includes four original animation drawings from the series, one of Tails, and three featuring the titular hero Sonic. Tails ranges in size from 2.75" to 4" tall on the 12 field cels. The drawings are rendered in graphite and color pencil on the 12 field animation paper, and the characters measure 2.75" to 3.5" tall. The cels are numbered T2, T2, T14, and T24, and the drawings bear the numbers T10, S17, S20A, and S32. Showing minor handling and edge wear, the cels' condition is Very Good. The drawings show varying degrees of surface scuffing/tearing and handling, and one is in Poor condition. The other drawings are in Good to Very Good condition, with one showing a light fold in the lower right corner.Auction Info
