Curt Swan and Bob Oksner Superman #296 Splash Page 1 Original Art (DC, 1976). In this dramatic issue, Superman bids farewell to Clark Kent, who's going out on his own, as depicted here by the great art team of Swan and Oksner. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The page is heavily toned, the title logo and indicia are stat paste-ups, there are marginal notes and pinholes, staples, production marks and corrections, with edge and corner wear.
