Frank King Gasoline Alley Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 8-15-44 (Chicago Tribune, 1944). Superb drawing and staging in this World War II era daily featuring Skeezix and Nina, titled "Eyes Front." Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 19.75" x 6", Mild toning, marginal production notes and pinholes, and it is signed and inscribed in first panel. Art is in Excellent condition.From the Bobby G. Murphy Collection.
