Description
John Buscema and Ernie Chan King Conan #6 Story Page 34 Original Art (Marvel, 1981). The final page of "Vengeance from the Desert!" closes Count Trocero's fireside tale to young Prince Conn, how his iron-willed father hunted the sands to win Conn's mother with all the thunder of Hyborian legend. Adapted from L. Sprague DeCamp and Bjorn Nyberg's novel Conan the Avenger by Roy Thomas, the page brims with Buscema and Chan's bold strokes, placing the Cimmerian's might and presence at the very heart of the finale. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Light toning, minor staining, smudging/soiling, blue pencil editorial marks, tape residue staining on edges, marginal editorial note, production-trimmed edges/corners, and light handling wear. In Very Good condition.More information about John Buscema. See also: Buscema, John Artist. Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
