Luke McDonnell - Iron Man vs. Mandarin and Ultimo Specialty Illustration Original Art (2006). The Invincible Iron Man takes on his archfoe the Mandarin and the towering titan Ultimo in this powerhouse illustration by 1980s Iron Man artist Luke McDonnell. The trio's rivalry traces back to Tales of Suspense #76-77, where Tony Stark first squared off against two of his greatest mechanical and mystical menaces. Created in ink over graphite an image area of 10.5" x 16.75". Adhesive residue staining and minor abrasions in image area, marginal spot staining, and light smudging. Signed and dated by McDonnell in the lower right corner. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
