Owl's Great Shape Hunt Owl Production Cels with Backgrounds Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1977). Owl is here to offer his scholarly advice in this pair of original production cels from the scholastic short Owl's Great Shape Hunt. Created over 45 years ago by the Walt Disney Educational Film Division for use in schools, Winnie the Pooh characters often appeared in these academic shorts. Both 12 field hand-painted cels feature Owl large and center frame. He measures 9" x 8" holding a "taking turns" book in one cel and 10" x 7.75" holding a page of shapes in the other. Both cels are presented on a plain background board with solid pantone paper attached, one blue and one pink. Both cels also include production codes along the lower edge. Don't miss out on this fantastic pair! The pieces have minor handling with tape on the border and a small tear is present to the upper left corner of the blue pantone paper; the art is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
