Owl's Great Shape Hunt Rabbit and Owl Production Cels with Key Master Background Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1977). Here's a special offering, a pair original production setups from the scholastic short Owl's Great Shape Hunt. Created over 45 years ago by the Walt Disney Educational Film Division for use in schools, Winnie the Pooh characters often appeared in these academic series. With an overarching theme of triangles, both 12 field setups feature a frame-filling hand-painted closeup of either Rabbit or Owl. Rabbit measures 9" x 9" including his hat and is presented on a hand-painted Master background with its matching line test overlay cel. Owl, wings spread wide, measures at an astounding 12.25" x 9.75" and is presented on a plain background board with solid blue pantone paper attached. Each cel shows production codes along the lower edge. The pieces have minor handling with tape on the border; the art is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
