Milton Caniff Terry and the Pirates Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-26-39 (News Syndicate Co., 1939). A beautifully composed daily full of Caniff's signature combination of delicate brush-line work and heavy black patches of ink-gravity. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 20" x 6". Light toning, edge and corner wear, pinholes. Art is in Excellent condition.From the Bobby G. Murphy Collection.
