Pinocchio "In the Beginning" Jiminy Cricket with Storybook Limited Edition Fine Art Giclée Print Signed by Toby Bluth #35/95 (Walt Disney, 2007). "I'll bet a lot of you folks don't believe that, about a wish coming true, do you? Well, I didn't either. But let me tell you what made me change my mind." Here's an enchanting, limited edition Fine Art giclée titled "In the Beginning" created from a Toby Bluth (1940 - 2013) original watercolor painting based on the opening scene where Jiminy Cricket sets the stage for Disney's second animated classic, Pinocchio. Younger brother to the iconic animator and director Don Bluth, Toby was also a long-time animator, background artist, and production designer as well as an "approved" Disney Studio artist for their Fine Art Program. This charismatic 14" x 11" image features Jiminy with the buckle-bound Pinocchio storybook from which he is about to read. This rare piece is printed on 17.5" x 14" deckled edge acid free Somerset Rag Paper, and has been sold out for over 15 years. It is signed by Toby and hand-numbered 35 of 95 in gold ink in the lower corners, and it comes paired with a Certificate of Authenticity. With minimal handling this piece is in Fine condition.
