Description
"Dog Show" Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Pluto Limited Edition Fine Art Giclée Print Signed by Toby Bluth #13/50 (Walt Disney, 2007). "Dog Show. Enter Your Dog. Big Prizes!!" claims the sign posted on the fence behind Mickey and Donald, much to Pluto's dismay. Presented here is a nostalgic, limited edition Fine Art giclée titled "Dog Show" created from a Toby Bluth (1940 - 2013) original watercolor painting inspired by the 1939 Disney animated short, Society Dog Show. Toby was younger brother to the iconic animator and director Don Bluth, and also a long-time animator, background artist, and production designer himself. Additionally, he was an "approved" Disney Studio artist for their Fine Art Program. This outstanding 11" x 8.5" image features three of the Fab Five, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Pluto in their historic early 1930s character style. This rare piece, which has been sold out for over 15 years, is printed on 14" x 11" deckled edge acid free Somerset Rag Paper. It is hand-numbered 13 of only 50 and signed by Toby in black ink in the lower corners, and comes paired with a Certificate of Authenticity.
