Description
The Smurfs Papa Smurf Production Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1981). This is Papa Smurf, the practical village leader and father figure of 100 or so young Smurfs. With his Santa Claus appearance, he's easily identified by his white beard, red hat and pants. The gentle leader uses his wisdom and knowledge of magic and science to protect the village he leads from various forms of danger that exist in the Smurf Forest. The 4.75" image of Papa Smurf was hand-painted on 12 field acetate. The cel is matted to 14" x 18" with a matboard aperture of 11" x 8.5". Cel condition is Very Good.Auction Info
