Bill Willingham and Rich Rankin Elementals #8 Fathom and Ratman Story Page 23 Original Art (Comico, 1986). Ratman professes his true feelings for Fathom during a tense hostage situation. Timing, Eddie... work on your timing! This series made the scene in the mid 1980s and was an overnight fan sensation. Several of the characters had their true origins as characters in Villains & Vigilante role playing game supplements. ("Death Duel with the Destroyers" and "The Island of Dr. Apocalypse") This page, with wonderful panels of both Becky and Eddie, was created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15".
