Description
The Unmentionables Rocky Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, 1963). This Friz Freleng short was a parody of The Untouchables TV series and it featured that lovable mug, Rocky and his dim-witted sidekick Mugsy. At the 3:10 mark, Rocky approaches Bugs Bunny (agent Elegant Mess) dressed as a flapper and gets a kick in the head for his troubles. Offered in this lot is an original animation drawing of Mugsy from that scene. The full-figure image is rendered in graphite and measures 4" x 5.5" on 12 field paper. It is framed under glass and the mat bears a brass plate with the cartoon's title and date. The frame measures 16" x 16" with a mat window of 9.5" x 8.5". All frames are sold as-is.
