Yuko Shimizu - Society Piece Illustration Original Art (2015). From the Society of Illustrators Visionarium exhibition supporting their scholarship fund, this piece balances calm and unease. Braided forms ripple across the surface as tradition and contemporary design meet. Ink over graphite on watercolor board with an image area of 9.5" x 9.5"; matted to 12" x 12".
