Rudy Palais and Reed Crandall (attributed) Crimebuster Unpublished Story Page Original Art (c. 1940s). Crimebuster and his pet monkey Squeeks give Ironjaw and his cronies the what-for in this penciled and partially inked unpublished Crimebuster story. While there are no credits, Palais did do some layouts for Crandall and this may be one of those pages. It's a shame the story was unfinished because this looks like a good match with crisp inks and fluid layouts. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13" x 18". Board is moderately toned with heavy toning in the margins. Moderate handling and edge wear. Overall in Very Good condition.From the Roger Hill Collection.
