All Star Comics #38 Pennsylvania pedigree (DC, 1947) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. This spectacular copy is the highest-graded #38 that CGC has reviewed to date. Alex Toth orchestrated the clever cover and also provided interior art for this issue. Other features: the Black Canary begins, and the JSA dies (not permanently, though)!
