Rowena Morrill - "Retief's War" Paperback Cover Painting Original Art (Pocket Timescape, 1978). Rowena's whimsical cover image was painted for Keith Laumer's novel, Retief's War. The further adventures of the galactic diplomat are explored in this novel, and as usual, they are a cheery mix of the slapdash with the slapstick.
