Description
Kelly Freas - "Tomorrow" #1 Cover Original Art (1994). Acrylic on board with a 6.75" x 10" image area. In Excellent condition and signed at the lower left. Kelly declined to pursue early possible career paths in engineering and medicine, and took a job at an advertising agency instead. He also took some additional art training at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. In 1950, a friend convinced Kelly to submit an art class assignment to Weird Tales. It sold and Freas decided to pursue a career as a science fiction artist. Fifty-plus years and hundreds of spacecraft later, Kelly is still inspiring the "sense of wonder" in new generations of readers!Lookup the Comic Book in our Guide
