Congo Bill #4 (DC, 1955) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white pages. It's just the third time we've offered this issue, and never a copy as nice as this. It may be the finest copy in existence, as it currently sports the highest grade CGC has certified to date for #4. Like others in the short seven issue run, this one rates an Overstreet "scarce" designation, and was the last pre-Code issue. Nick Cardy cover and art.
