Pokémon Dark Raichu 83 Unlimited Team Rocket PSA Authentic Auto 9 (Wizards of the Coast, 2000) Signed and Sketched by Mitsuhiro Arita. When one thinks of prolific artists who have done work for Pokémon, Mitsuhiro Arita is on everyone's list. Arita has created artwork for some of the most iconic cards to be printed, including the incredibly desirable Base Set Charizard. Offered here is a card that's been signed and sketched by Arita himself: Dark Raichu 83 from the Unlimited print run of the Team Rocket set. Arita's sketch depicts a Raichu matching the card's art, with his signature dated 8-11-24 beneath.
