Historic RIVA TNT Prototype Kit, Signed by Jensen Huang

Nvidia RIVA TNT Engineering Prototype Kit & Lunch Box Signed by Jensen Huang - PC Nvidia 1998 USA. This engineering prototype kit for the Nvidia RIVA TNT marks a pivotal chapter in the company's rise. Created in 1998-just before the launch of the GeForce line and before the term "GPU" was coined-the RIVA TNT was technically a 2D/3D video accelerator. Even so, it laid the groundwork for what would become Nvidia's defining technology. This kit includes a metal briefcase (which has scuffing but remains solid), a pre-production RIVA TNT card (still in its original sleeve), an early driver and demo disc, inner packing, and a boxed Nvidia-engraved pen. Adding to its significance is a handwritten inscription (unverified) on the interior foam from Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang: "Happy 26th RIVA TNT, May 8, 2024." The contents are in excellent condition.

Also included is a signed (unverified), limited-edition 1998 RIVA TNT promotional lunchbox, a rare piece originally distributed to a handful of employees and select journalists. Its bold label-featuring Huang's added message, "It All Started Here," along with the phrase "Defending the world from mediocrity"-was a direct jab at rival 3Dfx, whose Voodoo cards topped out at 16-bit color while the RIVA TNT delivered a then-revolutionary 32-bit experience. The lunchbox has minor scuffing around the label edges but remains well-preserved. Unable to test, untested, sold as-is.
