All Star Comics #17 Rockford pedigree (DC, 1943) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white to white pages. JSA master villain Brain Wave "goes berserk" in his second All-Star appearance. This issue is notable for the inclusion of Joe Simon and Jack Kirby art on the Sandman chapter. This copy is very nice, with flat, tight surfaces, and great paper quality. Overstreet 2005 VF 8.0 value = $1,131; VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,741. CGC census 7/05: 1 in 8.5, 3 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
