Description
Rocko's Modern Life "Skid Marks" Rocko and Filburt Production Cel (Nickelodeon, 1993). From the episode "Skid Marks" from Rocko's Modern Life, we have in this lot a special hand-painted production cel that has our very modern Rocko and his friend, Filburt, his first appearance in the show! Rocko's misadventures take him this time to the DMV after a police officer notices that his car is missing the gas cap. Navigating through the many hurdles of the retrieval process, Rocko encounters Filburt after waiting in line in his first step, just before his forms for his vision test. The 12-field two-layer cel features a great full-figure image of Rocko standing at 4", while Filburt measures 3.5" x 1.75", both shown on a printed background for presentation purposes. A Nickelodeon sticker can be seen on the bottom left corner, and the lot is accompanied by a COA. Filburt's layer has some correction paint on the surface, presenting paint residue traces.
