Alice in Wonderland Dinah Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1951). From Alice in Wonderland, this lot features a stupendous hand-painted and hand-inked image of Alice's adorable cat, Dinah in full figure. Pausing the unforgettable Disney classic at about the 4:58 timestamp will reveal this remarkable image of the curious feline, trying to grab Alice's attention after seeing the White Rabbit. The astonished Dinah measures an impressive image size of 5.5" x 4.5" on the 12-field cel, numbered 50 on the bottom right corner. Since this character only appears at the begining and the end of the film, production art of Dinah is very rare! This cel is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. The cel has a clear layer stapled to the top by the upper corners. With minor handling and edge wear from production, the lot is in Very Good condition.From the Ken O’Connor Archive.
