Description
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" Model Sheet Group of 4 (Walt Disney, 1949). Presented are four exceptionally rare model sheets created as reference materials for the animators of the 1949 compilation film The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. Printed by the studio on sheets of photographic paper, these model sheets feature size comparisons and rough models of main and incidental characters of the "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" segment -- including great images of Ichabod himself! Printed in very limited quantities, these large sheets range in size from 14" x 11" to 17" x 14" (one of the larger sheets is presented vertically). The sheets show minor handling and edge wear with some mild staining, tearing, pinholes and toning and the two larger sheets show large fold through the center. The condition of these rare, studio-used model sheets is Good.From the Disney Artist/Director Ted Berman Archive.
