Description
"Sunset Romance" Aladdin Signed Limited Edition Cel #228/500 (Walt Disney, 1992). "So, where you from?" Aladdin asks Jasmine in this charming sequence when he tosses her an apple while they watch the sunset over Agrabah. Here's a long-sold out limit edition cel #228/500. Because Aladdin was not traditionally animated using production cels, Disney created a limited edition of 500 pieces, using the original production drawings and source material provided by the Disney Animation Research Library. It was hand-inked and hand-painted on 16 field acetate at the Disney Ink and Paint Department in Burbank. The cel is signed by Mark Henn, supervising animator for Jasmine and Eric Goldberg who served as character designer and supervising animator for Genie. The piece has a Disney seal, paired with a background print and matted to 22" x 17" with a matboard aperture of 16" x 11". Included is a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Disney.
