Neon Genesis Evangelion Asuka, Rei, and Hikari Cellu Club Reproduction Cel Group of 3 (Gainax, c. 1995-96). The only cels officially released to the public by studio Gainax, presented is an increasingly rare set of three Neon Genesis Evangelion Cellu Club machine reproduction cels featuring Asuka, Rei, and Hikari. Highly coveted by collectors, these cels were created by Gainax after their decision not to release Eva production cels to the general public. After significant uproar among fans of the monumental series, Gainax released an official Evangelion Cellu Club reproduction cel series to satisfy the fandom's voracious hunger. The series consisted of 18 cels: 12 machine reproductions and six hand-painted limited editions created from original production cels. These highly sought-after treasures are numbered 2, 7, and 8 in the reproduction series of 12. They come in the official Neon Genesis Evangelion Cellu Club envelope and show very little handling. The envelope shows toning, handling, debris, and light tearing on the top flap. The envelope is in Good condition, and the condition of the cels is Fine.
