Description
SpongeBob SquarePants Plankton Production Cel Setup and Master Background (Nickelodeon, 1999). Chum Bucket owner Plankton will do just about anything to gain the secret recipe for Krabby Patties, in the Season One Episode 3 cartoon "Plankton." In this original hand-painted 12 field production cel with a Nickelodeon seal, he's made his way into SpongeBob's head (not hard to do when his head is filled with sponge holes!), and implanted a thought-control device to make him break in and steal him a patty. Yow! The overall image size is approximately 4.75" x 6.25", placed over a hand-painted Master production background of the inside of SpongeBob's head. It moves fast, but you can find this cel image at about the 5:26 mark, and the background at the 4:47 mark. With only Season One production cels available (all subsequent seasons were animated digitally), the supply of choice SpongeBob SquarePants cels is drying up fast!
