"Mickey Mouse Club" Promo Film Animation Drawing (Walt Disney/United Artists, c. 1929/30). Truly rare and unique, this original animation drawing is from a film so rare we didn't know of its existence until recently! This full-figure 3.5" x 3" image of Mickey with megaphone is from a special animated short promoting the original "Mickey Mouse Club." It was shown only at movie theaters that hosted the early (pre-television) version of Mickey's fan club. Very little evidence if the animated piece or artwork from it exists today. The image is rendered in graphite on 12 field, 2-peghole animation paper numbered 176 in the lower right. Light age-related toning.
