Sleeping Beauty - Maleficent Figure Original Art Signed by Jody Daily (Walt Disney, 2010). Disney Artist Jody Daily has sketched a positively enchanting vision of a figurine inspired by "the mistress of all evil" - Maleficent from Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty! Disney Consumer Products Artist Jody Daily began his illustrious journey nearly three decades ago in Disneyland's Entertainment-Art Department, where he contributed toward shows, parades, and window displays for Disneyland, before moving on to creating high-quality collectible merchandise for the Walt Disney Company. Inspired by Walt Disney's adaptations of Sleeping Beauty, Daily prepared this illustration of the animated Disney Villainess, focusing on the flowing fabric of her robe and cape, rendered in pencil. Completing the piece, Daily has signed his own composition to the lower right. The page of preliminary artwork measures 8.5" x 11", as a tribute to the duo of Kevin & Jody, a household name with Disney fans!
