Description

Stanley Link Tiny Tim and Ching Chow Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-28-48 (Chicago Tribune Syndicate, 1948). Link engages in a bit of whimsy with the miniaturized Tim and his protector, Paddy the Pigeon. Delightful as usual, with a hint of danger. Meanwhile in the companion strip, title character Ching Chow meditates on dignity, with an inflated ego. Ink over graphite on individual Bristol board panels, all assembled in sequence on a backing board. Image area, 19" x 13". Very Good condition, with age-toning and adhesive seams.
