Description

Cool World Holli Would Production Cel (Paramount Pictures, 1992). "I'm made of ink, but I'm no dream." Holli Would, famously portrayed by Kim Basinger, seduces cartoonist Jack Deebs in the 1992 Ralph Bakshi-directed film Cool World. Cool World was a bizarre live-action/animated film created in answer to the more widely known Who Framed Roger Rabbit, showcasing live action actors interacting with animated characters, this time with darker, more adult-oriented themes in true Ralph Bakshi fashion. It tells the story of a cartoonist who enters "Cool World" and is seduced by one of his creations, putting the fabric between the cartoon world and the real world at risk of interdimensional chaos. This is a spectacular and centered image of Holli Would in a hand-painted original production cel setup. She measures 8" tall on the 12 field cel, and the cel comes with a Paramount Pictures seal and Certificate of Authenticity. Displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes, this piece is framed to 18.5" x 15.5". Frame sold as-is. In Very Good condition.
