Beauty and the Beast Children's Book Hand-Painted Original Background Art Set of 2 (Walt Disney, c. 1990s).Here are two amazing background paintings from a Beauty and the Beast Disney children's book based on the 1991 film. The first piece is page seven and eight which shows the inside of the Beast's castle. The painting measures 21.25" x 13.5" with an image area of 18" x 10". The second painting is from page nine and ten. The artwork measures 20" x 13.5" with an image area of 18" x 10". Both of the pieces in this collection come with a copy/print of the character which show Belle along with some of the enchanted characters from the Beast's castle. These impressive, one-of-a-kind, hand-painted original backgrounds are perfect to add a cel to for presentation or simply framed as two masterpieces from the Walt Disney Studios. The artwork was created using gouache on heavy illustration paper and taped to 100% Rag, Crescent illustration board. The artwork has tape on the corners with minor handling; artwork is in Very Good condition.
