Scooby-Doo Hour Full-Cast Publicity Cel and Master Background (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1970s). A rare publicity cel featuring the full cast of characters from the series. Publicity cels are hand-painted at Hanna-Barbera's ink and paint department and often used by the marketing team for press and consumer products for merchandising items like children's books, calendars, clothing designs, and toys. The 12 field cel is paired with an original hand-painted Master production background from The Scooby-Doo Hour. The background has pinholes in the corners and edge wear from production use.
