The End of Evangelion Misato Katsuragi Production Cel (Gainax, 1997). "Don't worry. It's not as bad as it looks." Even in the most adverse circumstances, Misato looks after Shinji, killing three soldiers before they can assassinate the pilot and finally getting him into the elevator towards the Unit 01 launch bay. Starting at the 29:34 mark of the terrific anime film The End of Evangelion, we see this pan shot showing a wounded Misato after she is shot in the back by a soldier. The hand-painted cel measures a remarkable figure size of 6.5" x 13.5"on the 10.5" x 15.5" cel, numbered A3 in the top right corner. The cel shows some faint fading on the linework and light surface scratches that don't affect the art. The cel shows minimal handling wear from production, and it's in Very Good condition.
