Walt Disney Company Employee Retirement Plan Booklet and Illustrations Group of 8 (Walt Disney, 1964). Here's a rare "behind the scenes" booklet handed to Disney employees regarding the company pension plan. It was illustrated throughout with images of the "mouse that started it all," and here's a group of seven original Mickey Mouse illustrations printed in the booklet; NOTE: only text pages are numbered, with an illustration on every other page. They include Mickey in top hat and tails (inside front cover, approximate size 4.5" x 5.25"); Mickey with a list and pencil behind his ear (opposite page 2, size 5.5" x 6"); Mickey as the Sorcerer's Apprentice, gazing into a crystal ball (opposite page 3, size 3.75" x 5"); Mickey as an accountant, holding a Bank of America book (opposite page 4, size 3" x 5.5"); Mickey fishing from a rowboat (opposite page 5, size 4.25" x 4"); Mickey with a bandaged thumb, holding a Hospitalization certificate (opposite page 6, size 5.75" x 6"); and Mickey holding notes that say Social Security and Disability (opposite page 8, size 4" x 5.25"). All seven images are in ink and gray wash on illustration board measuring 8" x 10", with a protective black paper cover. A copy of the printed booklet is also included.
