The Disney Store - Pair of Mickey Mouse and Goofy Store-Displayed Character Props (Walt Disney, c. 1990s-2000s). In a scene that could be straight out of Mickey and the Beanstalk, here are two super rare character props from The Disney Store. Mickey and Goofy are depicted in costumes similar to the ones they wore in the short. As a bonus, the Goofy prop is signed on the bottom of his left foot by Bill Farmer, the voice of Goofy since 1987. The props measure about 42" x 24" (Goofy) and 18" x 19" (Mickey). These fiberglass props were actual display pieces in The Disney Store and were never sold to the public. Incredibly popular with customers, these character displays inspired the highly collectible Disney Big Figs which were sold exclusively through Disney retail stores, parks, and catalogs throughout the late 90s and early 2000s. As expected, these very rare store props exhibit typical wear from their use and removal. Mickey's cloth bag is removable. Despite some paint chips, scuffs and scratches as expected, these highly prized Disney props will display beautifully. Overall condition is Good.Auction Info
