Description
Superman: The Animated Series Superman Space Suit Production Cel and Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, c. 1996-2000). Superman is presented here in a rare depiction with his space suit created by the brilliant scientist Emil Hamilton at S.T.A.R. Labs. First and foremost, this hand-painted original production cel and original animation drawing are huge, featuring Superman in full figure at 12.5" x 14.5" on the 13.75" x 18" cel and 13" x 11.75" on the 13.75" x 17.75" animation paper. He is rendered in graphite and blue pencil in the drawing, and both the drawing and cel bear official Warner Brothers seals. Each piece shows minor handling and edge wear with the cel showing trimming in the upper and lower left corners. The cel also has pegholes attached with tape on the top edge and some paint splatter on Superman's right arm. The drawing shows wrinkling in three corners with small tears on three sides.
