Bob Lubbers Robin Malone #65 Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 6-16-68 (NEA, 1968). Robin is a shrewd business woman and she's "absolutely flawless too!" Lubbers own creation, this strip allowed him to mix action with soap opera dynamics, and its star assured that he would always have a lovely lady to draw! Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 26" x 19". The logo is a stat paste-up. The board has been folded from top to bottom, to allow mailing to the syndicate. The reverse side has Lubbers preliminary sketch work on the figures. In Excellent condition. From the Estate of Bob Lubbers.
