Description

Bob Lubbers Robin Malone Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-10-68 (NEA, 1968). Robin is rescued from the villainous clutches of the lecherous Leonardo Clay, in this Sunday episode from Bob Lubbers. Great stuff in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 24" x 16". The logo is a stat paste-up. On the reverse side, you can see Lubbers' pencil roughs, which he lightboxed through to the front, to ink. The board has been folded twice vertically through the artwork to facilitate mailing to the syndicate. In Very Good condition. From the Estate of Bob Lubbers.
