Description
Mark Schultz - King Kong Specialty Illustration Original Art (1992). Mark Schultz uses his elegant classical style to create this haunting image of the famous movie monster King Kong, expertly applying ink to create texture and depth that draws in the viewer. This piece was done around the time he supplied the cover art for two issues of Don Simpson's adaptation of Kong for Fantagraphics. Rendered in ink over graphite on paper with an image size of 8" x 10.5". The piece has light rippling of the top left corner, with faint smudging and handling wear. Personalized signature at the bottom. In Excellent condition.Auction Info
