Batman Three Wheel Scooter (Shinerich, 2004). Steel tubing construction, with plastic wheels and foot rest, with riser back. One of the back wheels is slightly out of line (which should be an easy fix); otherwise in Excellent unused condition. Not listed in Hake's, although similar items sell online for up to $150.
