Description
The Swan Princess Prince Derek Promotional Illustration Original Art (Richard Rich/New Line Cinema, 1994). The adult Prince, armed with bow and arrow, is nicely portrayed in this handsome original illustration. The film is from former Disney director Richard Rich, who previously helmed The Fox and the Hound and The Black Cauldron for that studio. This film, based on German folk tale Swan Lake, was the first production for his Rich Animation Studios. The art is painted in gouache with airbrushed highlights on 14" x 22" Strathmore illustration board, with an overall image size of 11.75" x 15.5". In Very Good condition with minor handling and a slight crease to the right of the prince's head.Auction Info
