The Smurfs Baby Smurf and Clumsy Smurf Production Cel Group of 2 (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1981-89). "Next time you're feeling blue just let a smile begin, Happy things will come to you, So smurf yourself a grin!" - lyrics from the opening theme. Here are two absolutely wonderful, hand-painted original production cel setups from the 1981 classic series The Smurfs. The first is an amazing three-cel setup featuring Baby Smurf sitting on a rock and foregrounded by large blades of grass. The second features Clumsy Smurf in a spectacular crash on two cels, highlighted by fantastic special effects painting techniques. The Baby Smurf image fills the cel, and the character size is 2.75" x 3.5". Clumsy Smurf's crash measures 10.75" x 7.5". The two cel setups are taped onto printed backgrounds for presentation purposes, and both show minor handling wear. Condition on both is Fine.Auction Info
