Real Fact Comics Group of 8 (DC, 1946-49) Condition: Average GD+. Includes issues #2 (staple rust with migration), 8 (2.5" inch spine split, writing in pen on interior page), 10 (FR/GD, 3.5" of spine missing from deterioration, moisture damage, top staple rusted), 11 (moisture damage and staining on front cover), 16 (1.5" spine splits), 17 (4" tear on front cover repaired with tape), 20 (FR, almost totally split spine repaired with tape, brittle pages), and 21 (VG). Approximate Overstreet value for group = $225.From the Eau Claire Collection.
